Apostille

What is an apostille?

An apostille is a procedure for giving legal force to any text abroad. Simply, this is a special piece of paper that is attached to the original document/its copy, so that such a document is valid in another State, and it can be provided to the competent authorities or organizations.

Where do I need an apostille?

Apostille is recognized in those countries that are parties to the Hague Convention of 1961 Abolishing the Requirement of Legalisation for Foreign Public Documents.

A list of ALL the countries of the Convention is here:

How we issue an apostille:

You bring the documents to our office / you send them by mail with the power of attorney for our employee, notarized in the Republic of Belarus.
We make an appointment in the Ministry of Education, or the Ministry of Justice, or the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (depending on the document).
On the appointed day we receive this little piece of paper.
Information: We also issue an apostille appointment service — our courier will be happy to stand in a queue from 6 am to 9 am and make an appointment for you, and you will only have to come with your documents on the appointed day!
